Area Sales Director (m/f/d)

We are looking for you to support our team!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals in assigned territories, such as Bulgaria, Greece or Turkiye.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure their success and development.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive threats, and develop proactive strategies to address them effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and maximize business results.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to evaluate sales effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and network with potential customers and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the testing technology sector.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets in international markets, particularly in Turkey and Eastern Europe.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex market dynamics and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Fluent in English and Turkish; additional languages spoken in Eastern European markets are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the region as needed.
