Sales Manager France, Belgium, Luxembourg (m/w/d)

We are immediately looking for an experienced sales manager responsible for overall management and growth of the professional audio and consumer electronic markets for beyerdynamic in the following regions: France, Belgium and Luxembourg.

your responsibilities:

  • Manage key Retailer in the consumer electronic industry and Pro Audio Customer
  • Manage Distribution in your region
  • Develop sales and promotional plans for targeted customers building upon national and regional promotions
  • Exceed territory sales and revenue targets
  • Monitor trends and identify new business areas, provide input to Product Marketing
  • Determine and organize product and application training for sales agencies and dealers
  • Continual, detailed analysis of sales, market and competitor activity
  • Monthly reporting to management of success and progress in meeting territory goals
  • Increasing the distribution of existing beyerdynamic products as well as the placement of new products as they become available
  • Increasing the merchandising presence of the beyerdynamic brand at retail level by attending at various trade and consumer promotional events

your profile:

  • 10 or more years of proven sales experience in the consumer electronic industry, with strong network to key retailer as Fnac; Darty; Boulanger etc.
  • Existing and stabilized contact to all relevant decision maker in the consumer electronic and Pro Audio industry
  • Very good College/Bachelor Degree
  • Extensive Retail experience
  • Place of residence in Germany
  • Access and contacts to leading retail distributions.
  • Great experience in developing customer relationships
  • Ability in translating technical features into user benefits
  • Professional presentation skills
  • Strong writing, organizational, and problem solving skills
  • Very good MS office skills
  • Self-starter, team player and strong communication skills required
  • Ability to prioritize and keep deadlines
  • Native speaker, fluent in English and French, other languages advantageous
