Your duties

Further development of our data and analytics infrastructure (ETL pipelines and automation, data modeling, data warehouse development)
Administration and adaptation of the IT infrastructure (AWS, IaaS, DBMS administration and tuning)
Integration, transformation, and indexing of data sources, as well as providing processed data to employees and IT systems within the organization
Development and dynamic adaptation of architecture and software to growing demands and data volumes (performance, scaling, data quality)
Cooperating with data engineers and analysts as a self-organised team with an agile development and work process

You will bring

A successfully completed study of computer science or a comparable degree
At least two years professional experience in database development, ideally in the business intelligence sector in an e-commerce company
Excellent knowledge and experience in SQL (PostgreSQL) and Python
Experience working on Linux or Mac OS
Interest and willingness to work as a team in an agile manner
Ability to come up with simple solutions that are good at solving hard problems
Very good knowledge English; German knowledge desirable
